- Report transit damage, defective units, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video.
- Accessories with tampered seals or customer-induced physical damage are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method (via super.money Breeze where applicable) within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
- We may offer replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and stock availability.
